Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened, sealed products in their original condition for a full refund to your original payment method.

Opened trading card packs, booster boxes, and single cards are final sale — once a sealed product is opened we can't resell it, so we can't take it back. Accessories (sleeves, toploaders, deck boxes, binders, playmats) must be unopened and unused.

If we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged, tell us within 14 days at Bounceandgrownyc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, and we'll cover return shipping in that case. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
